Before commencing every Support Agreement, CompuTron will conduct an audit of your systems and network. The audit will document your major IT assets (hardware specifications, server software versions, network connections etc.), and will identify any potential problems or risks to the continuity of your service. The normal charge for a systems audit is €300, however this will be fully credited where a client contracts for an CompuTron's Support Agreement.
